The SCDOT contractor has begun road patching along Docksite Road. Beginning next week, paving crews will start milling and resurfacing both Jungle Road and Docksite Road. Verizon is reporting a network disruption in the Edisto Beach area, with an estimated service restoration time of 8:37 PM on February 27, 2026.

We want to inform the community that the Town received reports that a coyote was recently sighted on Holmes and on Lee streets. Coyotes may be spotted as they travel in search of food, especially during early morning or evening hours.
