Fire Hydrant Maintenance

The past years of flooding has caused many of our hydrants to show signs of rust.  The Town is in the process of having many hydrants hydroblasted and repainted.  Cool Blast Equipment Company is removing the rust by blasting it with dry ice and the Fire Department will be painting the hydrants.  The project cost is $12,950.00

Phase I of this project has been completed.  Phase II will consist of blasting and painting 20 more hydrants.
