WARNING - SCAM ALERT/"Summer Fest"

The Town has been made aware of social media posts noting a “Summer Fest” event on August 19 and 20 at Bay Creek Park, and the posts also are soliciting vendor applications. Please note this is NOT an event the Town is aware of, and no such event has been booked at Bay Creek Park. We believe this is some sort of scam, and we ask all residents and others to be cautious and not forward money or information as requested in the posts.
