2026 Hazard Mitigation Plan Public Meeting

The Lowcountry Council of Governments will hold a 2026 Hazard Mitigation Plan Public Meeting on February 12, 2026, at the Lowcountry Council office at 634 Campground Road, Yemassee, SC, from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. The Council is updating the Hazard Mitigation Plan for Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton, and Jasper counties, and members of the public are invited to attend this important meeting to view hazards impacting our region, review public survey results, and provide input on the Hazard Mitigation planning process.
